The bench of representatives of the Republican Party evaluates constitutionally accusing the Minister of Social Development, Giorgio Jacksondue to complaints about “irregularities, administrative errors and political pressures” in the portfolio, they pointed out from the community.
“We have commissioned our committee and Republican Ideas to study all the background and information available to prepare the presentation of a constitutional accusation against Minister Giorgio Jackson for his political and legal responsibility in these matters,” they indicated from the bench, collects emol.
The study will contemplate the accusations of the ex-seremi of Social Development of the Metropolitan Region Patricia Hidalgo against the government. Hidalgo affirmed that she was dismissed for not obeying instructions on how to vote on projects that she did not want to approve.

“As a first step, tomorrow (today, Monday) we will begin collecting signatures to question Minister Giorgio Jackson and in the coming weeks we will study the background to reach a conclusion regarding the viability of a possible constitutional accusation,” they added.
