Telesur and the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Monday, in order to continue opening communication channels for the South-South Agenda.
The information was released by the Venezuelan Embassy in Namibia through its account on the social network Twitter, in which it specified that the Venezuelan Diplomatic Mission in Namibia had the honor of witnessing the signing of the Memorandum.
With this signature between both media outlets, “communication channels continue to be opened for the benefit of the South-South Agenda,” the Embassy stressed.
“Our Diplomatic Mission had the honor of witnessing the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between @teleSURtv and @ZBCNewsonline of Zimbabwe. Communication channels continue to be opened for the benefit of the South-South Agenda,” the Venezuelan Embassy in Namibia published on Twitter.
Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC) is the state broadcaster of Zimbabwe. It succeeded the Zimbabwe Rhodesian Broadcasting Corporation (ZRBC) in 1980, which in turn succeeded the Rhodesian Broadcasting Corporation (RBC) in 1979.
ZBC has more than 40 years of experience in radio and television broadcasting and the widest coverage and largest audience in the country.
With the alliance between Telesur and the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation, paths are opened to project the truth of the countries of the region abroad.
