Minister Aguilera points out that the courses are being “analyzed” after the Supreme Court ruling on isapres

Within the framework of the Supreme Court ruling, which ruled that the isapres must apply the new table of factors and restore excess charges after implementing it, the Minister of Health, Ximena Aguilera, called for calm to the affiliates and He assured that from the Government they are “analyzing the courses of action.”

After the uncertainty that the situation has generated in the entities, the Secretary of State commented that they are “analyzing the courses of action that protect and give peace of mind to the insured of the system and that give stability to the system that their rights will be guaranteed “.

Along these lines, the head of Health announced that “we started with a meeting requested by the Association of Isapres, we had it the same day, Friday, and we are going to continue with the analysis of the technical teams to see all the alternatives.”

It should be remembered that the Supreme Court’s coup against insurers was registered last Wednesday, November 30, where they were ordered to apply the new table of factors -dictated in December 2019- to all their affiliates and, in addition, to restore the charges in excess after implementing said adequacy.
