López Obrador expressed five wishes of the Mexican government for the sale of Banamex.
one.- Mexicanize Banamex, the president wants the owners, majority partners to be Mexican.

3.- That those who buy do not have tax debts with the Tax Administration Service (SAT), it should be noted that Ricardo Salinas Pliego, owner of Grupo Elektra and who has expressed his desire to buy the bank, owes the Mexican treasury 2,636 million pesos, according to a determination by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN),
