The improper use of gunpowder in the department of Valle del Cauca, already leaves 4 people injured with first and second degree burns. Authorities report that the events occurred in the municipalities of Tuluá and Ansermanuevo.
They specify that in the municipality ‘Corazón del Valle’ there have been three adult victims.
Two men and a woman; while a child under the age of 5 was affected in Ansermanuevo, reported the departmental Health Secretary, María Cristina Lesmes.
Regarding the child, the official stated that he had multiple burns with an unidentified device and his health is stable.
