Movimiento Ciudadano (MC) filed an appeal against the cut to the budget of the National Electoral Institute (INE) for 2023 before the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary (TEPJF), since it considered that the reduction of 4 thousand 475 million pesos violates their autonomy.
