The Civil Court of Huanta, Ayacucho, ordered four months of preventive detention of the adolescents with the initials BMQS (16) and KPH (17) for the murder of one of their schoolmates in the Lauricocha district.
In this way, the request presented by the Huanta Corporate Criminal Provincial Prosecutor’s Office was accepted, which accused the minors of the alleged crime of qualified homicide to the detriment of Daniel Quispe Bautista (18).
On November 27, in the community of Aicas, in the district of Lauricocha, province of Huanta, the minors would have killed the victim, who was their schoolmate, using a knife.
The events would have started at approximately 00:20 hours, in the vicinity of an esplanade of the indicated town. During the hearing, prosecutor Carlos Flores Barboza presented the elements of conviction.
The preventive internment will be fulfilled in the Tambo Youth Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Centerlocated in the city of Huancayo.
It should be noted that the adolescent with the initials BQC turned himself in to justice, while in the case of KPH the Judiciary ordered his immediate location and capture.
This case was assumed in an articulated manner by the president of the Board of Superior Prosecutors of the Ayacucho Fiscal District and the superior prosecutor – head of the Decentralized Office of Internal Control of Ayacucho.
