MONTE PLATA, (Dominican Republic).- The collegiate Court of this judicial district sentenced a man to 20 years in prison who, in the middle of an argument, took the life of another with two stab wounds in 2017.
The prosecutor Lydia Edita de los Santos proved before the court, presided over by Judge Hilda Nieves Sánchez, the responsibility of Ralph Herbus Ailmus, alias Freguene, in the murder of Carlos Manuel de los Santos Días.
The representative of the Public Ministry demonstrated how the accused today violated articles 295 and 304 of the Dominican Penal Code by committing the crime of blood.
The events occurred on July 10, 2017, at the Yamasá municipal solid waste dump, when the perpetrator, knife in hand, warned De los Santos Días not to burn garbage and copper in that area. In the middle of an argument between the two men, Herbus Ailmus stabbed De los Santos Dias in the side.

After this first wound, those present tried to separate them, but the murderer stabbed the victim again, this time in the stomach, which caused his death instantly.
