The Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa, and members of his team met this Saturday with representatives of the footwear industry and the Association of Metallurgical Industrialists of the Argentine Republic (Adimra), with the focus on the Fair Prices program.
In both meetings Massa was accompanied by the secretaries of Industry and Productive Development, José Ignacio de Mendiguren, and Commerce, Matías Tombolini; and the undersecretary of Commercial Policy and Management, Germán Cervantes, was also present in the first, a statement from the Palacio de Hacienda stated.
Participating for the footwear industry were Fernando de Vito (Cámara del Calzado); Agustín Amicone, Luis de Stéfano and Walter Albornoz (Uticra); Emanuel Fernández (Pampean Clothing); Diego Mohaded (Topper); Alejandra Guarino (Jaguar); Jose Pappo (Nike); Joao Batista (Dass); Stefano Markus Heyoln (Cooper Shoes); Juan Pablo López (Distriando), and Félix Busternica and Alberto Grimoldi (Grimoldi).
Later, Massa, De Mendiguren and Tombolini met with the president of Adimra, Orlando Castellani, who was accompanied by Gerardo Venutolo, José Luis Cintolo, Javier Viqueirqña, Luis Manini, Sebastián Kossacoff, Gustavo Corradini and Elio del Re, as well as the head of the Metallurgical Workers Union (UOM), Abel Furlán.
