Infotep trains 50,574 Free Trade Zone employees

Infotep capacita a 50,574 empleados de Zona Franca

The National Institute of Professional Technical Training (Infotep) trained some 50,574 employees of free zone companies from January to September of this 2022, in different training actions that seek to contribute to increasing the productivity of that sector of the economy.

The general director of Infotep, Rafael Santos Badiareported that as of September 2022, the training needs of the human talent of some 203 companies were attended to in person and virtually, through the different Regional Offices at the national level.

He indicated that 45% of these companies were served by the Cibao Norte Regional Directorate and 22% from the Eastern Regional Directorate.

Of the total number of certified collaborators in these companies, 12 thousand 78 were Managers and Middle Managers and 37 thousand 173 human capital from different areas.
