Justice rejects request for annulment of works to the brother of deputy Cuéllar and sets a hearing to pass the sentence

The sentencing judge Jenny Camargo rejected the motion for nullity of works presented by Cristóbal Gary Enríquez Cuéllar, brother of the Movimiento al Socialismos (MAS) deputy, Rolando Enríquez Cuéllar, for which he set the hearing for January 9, 2023 to hand down the sentence against him for the crime of drug trafficking.

The processed He was apprehended on July 23 inside his home from Puerto Suárez street, since he was in possession of synthetic drugs. Judge Manuel Baptista determined his preventive detention in the Palmasola prison and since there was no more to investigate, he ordered that he undergo an immediate procedure and that a sentence be handed down in 30 days.

However, Cristóbal Gary Enríquez Cuéllar refused to be subjected to an immediate procedure this Friday before the sentencing judge Jenny Camargo and filed an incident for absolute defects, arguing that his right was violated by not having been notified with the evidence

The defendant admitted that he was arrested twice in possession of synthetic drugs, the first time during 2018 and the second time last July.
