Sub-governor Daniel Velásquez is released with substitute measures

In a hearing that lasted more than four hours, justice ordered release under substitute measure for the deputy governor of the Ñuflo de Chaves province, Daniel Velásquez, who was charged by the Prosecutor’s Office for the alleged crimes of serious and minor injuries, discrimination and public incitement to commit crimes, during the indefinite strike in demand of the census.
