What recession?  Remittances to Mexico mark record in October

The average remittance in October was $385 per shipment.

In the accumulated, from January to October, Mexico has received 48,338 million dollars, 14.6% more than the same period in 2021.

99% of the total income from remittances from January to October were made through electronic transfers, according to the Bank of Mexico.

Remittances in cash and kind and money orders represented 0.7 and 0.3% of the total amount, respectively.
