The Police seized more than 500 cloned cards of the Social Plan of the Presidency of the Republic yesterday, during operations in which four people were arrested, in the Santo Domingo Norte municipality.
In the first operation, Jackson Rubio, 29, was arrested; Danilo Manzanillo Ramírez, 26, and Henry de Jesús Serrata. These operations were carried out by members of the Operations Department of the Regional Sub-Directorate of Police Investigations in Santo Domingo Norte.
They were arrested after having passed several cloned cards of the Social Plan of the Presidency, in the Casa Pérez Warehouse, located on Calle 4 de Los Guaricanos.
At the scene, the manager of the aforementioned business, Henry de Jesús Serrata, was arrested, in whose possession the 367 cloned cards were seized.

The group was also occupied with a verifon, 108 bouchers. According to a police report, they were traveling aboard the vehicle, Kia K5 brand, white, display plate PP133722.
When questioned, they admitted having committed the act, for which the Police reported that they will be sent to the corresponding department for location purposes.
In a second operation, Jhansser Miguel Rosario Espinal was arrested with 213 cloned cards. The police report indicates that he was arrested at a time when he was traveling aboard the Honda brand SUV, model CR-V, Blue color, display plate PP, 318128.
He specifies that, in addition to the aforementioned number of cloned cards, he was seized a pistol, an unreadable brand, 380 caliber, No. 01578, with its charger and 5 Capsules.
The aforementioned report specifies that, later, when carrying out an inspection of the place where the detainee resides, a gray ACER brand laptop and 2 verifon were found in the back of his residence, inside a broken washing machine, so it will be sent to the corresponding Department.
