The exporter of the ‘white and white’ with some appearances in the Colombian National Team and champion of the Copa Libertadores with the Manizalita team, is now launching himself into politics and is already campaigning to aspire to the Congress of the Republic as Representative to the Chamber for the department of Caldas.
“On March 13, if I reach the House of Representatives, I want to restore credibility to the people of Caldas in their representatives, I want to manage the resources for Caldas in the best way and be a voice of the people in Congress. I know that the road is difficult, but we can achieve it by working together », they get it from the 50-year-old former goalkeeper born in Medellín, Antioquia.

With his application, Henao becomes another sports figure in our country who wants to reach the legislature.
The most outstanding of this group is the former triple jump world champion, Caterine Ibargüen, who is officially a candidate for the Senate for the U party.
