Novenario de Caacupé reaches its fifth day

This Friday another Eucharistic day takes place in Caacupé, on the fifth day of the novena to the Virgin. Once again, the laity are part of the main topic to be addressed.

Monsignor Miguel Ángel Cabello, Bishop of Concepción, will preside over the Holy Mass at 7:00, with the motto “The laity called to be builders of peace and social justice.”

In addition, at 7:00 p.m., the Bishop of Caacupé, Monsignor Ricardo Valenzuela, with the preaching of the priest Osvaldo Duarte, Provincial Superior of the Redemptorists in Paraguay, will be in charge of the mass at that time.

Throughout the day the arrival of more parishioners is awaited, who anticipate the festive date of December 8 and They are already beginning to make pilgrimages or to go by some means of transport to the Basilica, to express devotion and gratitude to the Virgin or to fulfill promises made in exchange for some grace.

Given the dissemination of false content, the Presidency of the Republic clarifies that until now no decree has been issued on a possible holiday for next December 7, the eve of the holiday for the day of the Virgin of Caacupé.
