Santo Domingo.- President Luis Abinader will travel this Friday and Saturday to the province of Monte Cristi to lead a series of activities that include first picks, start of construction work, meetings and hotel inauguration, among others.

The activities of the Head of State will begin in the province with the first piping of blocks I and II of the 800 MW generation plant and the start of construction work on the dock.
Later, he will attend the inauguration of the Super 8 Hotel and will participate in the event “Music and Culture for Monte Cristi” at the Manzanillo theater.
Similarly, the President will lead the inauguration of the streets of Monte Cristi and will attend the opening of a temporary exhibition of Dominican artists in the Monte Cristi museum.
At night, the president will hold a private meeting and dinner at the Super 8 hotel.
The second day in the province of Monte Cristi will begin at 10 am on Saturday with the presence of President Luis Abinader at the inauguration of the Manzanillo Energy heliport.
Likewise, the president will participate in the inauguration of the administrative building.

Later, he will go to the Las Matas de Santa Cruz municipality to lead the delivery of certificates to beneficiaries of the swine recovery project at the sports center and will attend a lunch at Nelson Cruz’s residence.
The president will also lead the delivery of 86 apartments and will preside over the inauguration of the Sabaneta – Martín García – Guayubín Highway.
