On his Twitter account @NicolasMaduro, the head of state highlighted “November ends with victories and work for the people. They have been very hard months, of havoc caused by the rains, but we have demonstrated the response capacity and attention of the Bolivarian Government.

Faced with the consequences of the heavy rains, the National Government, in coordination with the Popular Power organizations, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, the social movements, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), respond to the affected communities.
