This Thursday, the deputy of the National Assembly (AN), Juan Carlos Alemán, said: “The Social Comptrollership Law is vital for the new era of communal development,” and offered details about its development, as a legal instrument that will generate the conditions to boost support for Popular Power.”
Alemán pointed out that the proposal was presented before the plenary and, later when the Special Commission was created, to review the laws of Popular Power, and following the orders of President Nicolás Maduro, in relation to the date of the “Golpe de Timón”, the He urged promoting these laws by creating the necessary legislative tools for it.

The parliamentarian highlighted that “the Special Commission assumes the Bill, it was approved in the first discussion, and at this moment we are in the public debate or public consultation phase that will take us throughout the national territory, to debate with the people, to to know their aspirations, regarding the exercise of what social comptrollership is”.
