“A partial second agreement was signed in Mexico and they came here talking about a number of things that were not discussed there or talked about at all,” he said, recalling that dialogue with opposition sectors has been a policy promoted by the President Nicolas Maduro.

The Constitution triumphed
Cabello considered it a victory that the extremist sector of the Venezuelan opposition had been “forced to sit down” to negotiate with the Venezuelan government and that they recognized the Constitution.

Chevron owes Venezuela
