According to the latest report of the Comptroller General of the Republicin ayacucho 23 works were paralyzed last September at different levels of the state apparatus such as municipalities, GORE and Executive, adding a total of 113 projects paralyzed for an amount of 674,252,168 soles, to which should be added 200 million for the immobilization of the execution of the departmental highway that will unite the provinces of Huanca Sancos and Lucanas, due to the lack of transparency in public tenders in the Regional Government of Ayacucho.

For the construction of the Huanca-Lucanas highway, public tender No. 010-2021-GRA was made, in which the Lucanas Road Consortium was the winner.
