My Writing, My House It is a free right granted by the Ministry of Human Rights appointed for Buenos Aires families who need help when it comes to obtaining the deeds of their homes. This tool allows beneficiary families to inherit the property in succession, present the house as collateral and obtain mortgage loans.
The social program It was implemented at the beginning of 2020 by Governor Kicillof and is carried out through the General Government Notary’s Office linked to the 135 municipalities of the province of Buenos Aires. The signing of titles in educational establishments guarantees that in months you can count on the deeds of your houses.
Minister Alak mentioned when making the deeds for a neighborhood in Tolosa, La Plata that “I am very happy to be here. I dreamed of this moment because I did not want to stop solving the deeds of these neighborhoods. Today, after 15 years of building the houses with which you fulfilled your dream of owning your own home, we are here with the government of Axel Kicillof so that you can have the legal security that property title grants.”
