The plenary session of the Congress Approved with 98 votes in favor, 10 against and 4 abstentions to file a jurisdictional claim and precautionary measure against the Executive power before him constitutional Court.
This demand is given for the exercise of the question of trust, in order for the TC to specify whether it is up to the Government to interpret the decision of Parliament, which was considered by Pedro Castillo as an “express refusal of trust”.
In the previous debate, the opposition congressmen called on all the benches to support this initiative, citing a “defense of the institutionality of Congress.”
