the supreme resolution No. 284-2022-PCMpublished this November 26 in the legal regulations bulletin of El Peruano, details that, given the resignation presented by Aníbal Torres, he proceeds to accept it, thanking him for the services rendered.
The previous resolutions proceed to formalize the resignations that the 19 ministers who were part of Torres Vásquez’s Cabinet had to present, since their resignation means what is called a ministerial crisis that forces all its members to leave their positions.

The subsequent resolutions also formalize the appointments of the new ministers and the members of the Cabinet who were reappointed in their respective portfolios.
In total, six new ministers besides Betssy Chávez took office on November 25, including congresswomen Silvana Robles (Perú Libre) and Heidy Juárez (who resigned from Podemos Peru after accepting the position).
