After a meeting with the representatives of the Federation of Transportistas Fuerza del Norte and Centro Sur, Monsalve stated that “we had a conversation where we made significant progress on issues of public security” and that “the will of the Government to dialogue is without conditions”. .

As you already know, there is a formal instruction to clear the routes, that is where the obligation to maintain public order operates. The precise instruction is not to allow this situation and clear it. If there is a disturbance, there is an order to arrest people,” he said.
