Former deputy minister received two bullets to the head and homicide hypothesis grows

Commissioner César Silguero, head of Homicide of the National Police, pointed out that the weapon used is a 22 caliber revolver and maintained that there are no traces of violence on the body of the former Vice Minister of Internal Security, Javier Ibarra.
