A 24-year-old woman who was last seen on Sunday when she boarded a remís to go to the fair at 208 and 52 de Olmos, in La Plata, was wanted this Thursday in several searches by members of the Investigations Directorate (DDI). and from Police Station 15 of that Buenos Aires town.

On Thursday morning security forces carried out a search in a field of 183 between 47 and 49where the cell phone antenna last recorded the young woman’s cell phone connection, a property difficult to access due to weeds and dense vegetation.

The call to one of the sisters
During the last hours, the audio of a 7-minute call received by one of Eliana’s sisters circulated. “Your sister is in a caravan with us, don’t even look for her,” says the audio to which Télam had access.
The message, which is being examined by the investigators, was sent by a young woman who said her name was “Yamila”, who assured that the wanted woman “is a friend” and reiterated that Eliana was in that place “with some friends” in Olmos.
The woman who called said that Eliana was “asleep” at that moment, presumably under the influence of some drug, and stated that “When she wakes up, I’ll send her home.”
After that call, the police carried out a search in the La Favela neighborhood, but they did not find any trace of the young woman.
