The director of the Cicpc, commissioner Douglas Rico, reported that they already have identified three of the four women who had themselves recorded committing abuse against a child.
In this sense, those requested are: Aldimar Alina Lucena Páez (25), Katherine Solcari Lucena Páez (30) and Yelitza Elena Páez (54). A fourth woman and the man who made the recording remain to be identified.
The director of the Cicpc highlighted that two raids were carried out in the La Sábila urbanization, located in Barquisimeto (Lara): one, to the house where the women who appear in the video reside, which was completely demolished; and another property in the same sector in which the clip was recorded. That last house was uninhabited, said Rico, who stressed that both houses belong to the abused child’s grandmother, identified as Yelitza Páez.
Given this fact, the attorney general, Tarek William Saab, announced the appointment in the case of the 94th National Human Rights Prosecutor.
Also, it will be requested Interpol red alert to capture those involved.
