The Doñate controversy
Martín Doñate remained as the representative of the second parliamentary minority, a place that the PRO (Republican Proposal) claims should be occupied by Luis Juez. In fact, the body of the Supreme Court itself had said that this place belonged to the PRO senator.
A new response from the Court is expected. They can agree to take an oath to Doñate with the clarification that there is a legal case initiated by Luis Juez against that designation that will go to court.
