Sebastiana Cáceres, mother of Gloria Espínola, confirmed that her daughter remains hospitalized in serious condition after being shot during a dubious police operation in Ciudad del Este, classified as a new case of “easy trigger”.
In an interview with 650 AM, Cáceres commented that is kept vigil at the Regional Hospital of Ciudad del Estewaiting for the last medical report of his daughter.
