Central 135 will also have a special scheme on the days of Brazil’s games. Human service will be suspended 30 minutes before the match and will be returned 30 minutes after the end of the game. During this interval, Central 135 will continue to operate with electronic assistance.
By calling the number 135, it is possible to obtain information about the benefit, find out the time the next appointment was scheduled at the agency or even obtain payment information. Calls are free from a landline. By cell phone, the cost is the same as a local call.
Meu INSS will also remain available both on the internet and on the mobile app. Through the tool, it is possible to request benefits, issue extracts, meet requirements and schedule face-to-face assistance.
