The People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations, Carlos Faría, received the Executive Director of the World Food Program of the United Nations Organization (UN), David Muldrow Beasly, who arrived in the country on Sunday, November 20.
The information was released by Foreign Minister Faría through a message on his account on the Twitter social network where he stated “we received a pleasant visit from the Executive Director of the United Nations World Food Program, with whom we will be working on projects aimed at strengthen cooperation.
Beasly visited the country for the last time in 2021, when he was received by former Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza and had the opportunity to learn about food programs such as the Local Supply Committees (CLAP), the School Food Program (PAE ) and the animal protein program.
