The Minister of Health, Kelly Portalatinoappointed Gianpiere Levis Guerra Valenzuela, a Perú Libre militant who began working in this sector during the administration of Hernán Condori, as the head of the F-3 level team in his office.
The ministerial resolution 920-2022/MINSA details that the appointment was made after a report from the General Office of Human Resources Management issued a favorable opinion.
With this, and with the approval of the General Office of Legal Advice and the General Secretariat, Kelly Portalatino signs the document that formalizes the designation as Team Leader (CAP – PN°11) at the F-3 level.
They designate a member of Peru Libre as an official of the Ministry of Health.
Guerra Valenzuela began working during the administration of former minister Hernán Condori, a doctor close to Vladimir Cerrón, general secretary of the Perú Libre party.
The official, a member of this same political party, was changed to the F-5 level during the Jorge López administration in September 2022.
