2021 closed with record production and dairy farmers achieved their best economic result in the last seven years in 2020/2021, according to fucrea folders. The producer price showed a recovery compared to 2020 and, despite the marked rise in costs, the purchasing power of milk registered an improvement. The international scenario is firm, something that would persist in 2022, although logistical difficulties will continue to be a stumbling block.
