The Government of Gustavo Petro has created a business incentive so that people who have their businesses can acquire a new subsidy that will be delivered to the employers who hire young workers between the ages of 18 and 28women over 28 and men also in this same age range.
In this sense, a bonus of 25% of the minimum wage will be given for hiring young people, 15% if they are women over 28 years of age and 10% for men who are also over this age.

The subsidy will be given only to employers to employ you within the monthly labor costs.
For this call, employers can apply for a single cycle and receive the payment of the salaries corresponding to the payroll for the month of October. Therefore, the deadline for whoever wishes to receive this bonus, It will be until Thursday, November 24. Therefore, the banking entities will receive the information of the companies that strictly comply with the requirements to receive the subsidies that will be generated as follows:

$250,000 for each of the linked young people between the ages of 18 and 28

$150,000 for each woman who is hired and is over 28 years of age and earns more than 3 minimum wages

$100,000 for men over 28 who are sheltered with a job and support up to 3 minimum wages.
With this program, more than 25,475 employers from all economic sectors of the country have benefited and $512,060 million have been delivered so far in these subsidies.
What are the requirements to apply for this subsidy?
The first thing to take into account is to formally link the workers, taking into account the PILA registry of March 2021.
Following this, you must have a deposit product in a bank. Subsequently, you must be up to date with the salary payments of your workers in the which includes contribution to social protection and must be up to date no later than September 29.

The documents that the employer must attach are the following:

Application form completely filled out and signed by the legal representative of the company.

Have a certificate signed by the natural person or legal representative in which it is mentioned that the employees receive salary contributions from the previous month and are up to date with the payment of social security contributions. Mention if any employer substitution processes have been carried out as of March 2021 and finally, a copy of the RUT that has been issued within the next six months prior to the application.
It is necessary that employers in all economic sectors can apply for this subsidy regardless of the size of the companies.
