The Justice sentenced the director of Abc Color, Natalia Zuccolillo, and the journalist of that medium, Juan Carlos Lezcano, for defamation against the former head of Taxation, Marta González. It was also decided to apply the additional penalty of composition for 400 million guaraníessum that is will pay the plaintiff Marta González once the judgment is final and enforceable.

For his part, the journalist Juan Carlos Lezcano was sentenced to a 200-day finewith 30.5% of the minimum daily wage, which totals G. 6,000,000 (six million guaraníes).
Also once that instance is reached, the publication of the judgment is ordered for two consecutive days in the newspaper Última Hora, Saturday and Sunday on the main pages.
