SANTO DOMINGO.-“If I go to jail, gentlemen, for no reason, then who is going to pay you”, was the question he asked Wilkin Garcia Peguero, better known as “Butter” through a video to whom he owes, after denouncing that there is a discredit campaign against him through social networks.
“Butter” stated that he is paying everyone he owes and that he will continue to fight so that his business does not disappear.
“We have never refused to pay them, we are paying, we were subjected to media pressure, state pressure and abuse of power against us,” he said. “Butter” the man who ran out of the formula to multiply people’s money.
Mantequilla said that his “project” has been subjected to a lot of pressure and asked Sábana Grande de Boyá to have faith and hope that he will pay those who owe them.
“We have had many economic delays, but we are going to make that plan after we finish paying our entire municipality, we always urge the people who invested with us to have faith and hope that we are going to pay everyone, I hope have faith and hope,” he said.

In recent days, several people, including the elderly and those with illnesses, have been demanding on social networks that Mantequilla return the money invested.

García Peguero managed all the money in personal savings accounts since the company “3.14 Inversiones World Wide”, owned by him, only two months ago.
The amount of money that the so-called “Butter” began to receive raised alarm bells in the financial system as there was no justification for the movement of cash in question.
It also drew attention that, in a relatively short period of time, its members decided to withdraw around one hundred million pesos from a cooperative in the Sabana Grande de Boyá area, an important part of which is suspected to be handed over to García Peguero.
Seduction of the unwary
The so-called “Butter” has managed to get a large number of people to give him their money under the promise that in a short time he will multiply it using a “formula” that he refuses to reveal.

It did not take long for people to begin to realize that they could be the victim of a hoax because the man with the “formula” has disappeared from Sabana Grande de Boyá in Monte Plata, today there is only restlessness, despair and waiting in this municipality among those who invested in the Butter business.
They warn that Butter business is a scam
The Superintendent of Banks, Alejandro Fernández W., warned that the business model carried out by “Mantequilla” in Sabana Grande de Boyá, Monte Plata province, was one of many scams, but many of those who had already invested refused to listen to this alert, they even defended it, using the motto: “First God and then Butter.”
Through his Twitter account, he emphasized that people fall into this type of attractive “investment” with sorcerers-swindlers and pyramid schemes at their own risk, confident that at one point they began to see the fruits.
However, he specified that those who see the results of their investment is because they received resources from others who were scammed.
