The Chamber of Deputies appointed legislators from the Frente de Todos Vanesa Siley and Rodolfo Tailhade, from PRO Álvaro González, and from radicalismo Roxana Reyes, as members of the Judicial Council, who will be the four representatives of the legislative body before that body.
The resolution was made known one day after the Senate will approve a resolution with the new members from the upper house to the Council of the Magistracy.
The designated
Siley had already been serving as a member of that body -dedicated to the appointment and removal of judges and the administration of the Judiciary- while Tailhade, president of the Justice commission of deputies will replace the legislator Graciela Camaño.
In the case of Together for Change, the PRO replaced Pablo Tonelli and proposed in his place the deputy for the City of Buenos Aires, Álvaro González, while the UCR promoted the re-election of Reyeswho had taken office on May 19.
The resolution also designated the official supporters as substitutes Juan Manuel Pedrini and José Herrerato the macrista soher el sukariaand to the radical Francis Monti.
In the resolution signed by the head of the Legal Department of the Legal and Technical Directorate of the Administrative Secretary of the body, Fernanda Mongiardino, it is requested that this decision be communicated to the National Executive Power, the Supreme Court of Justice, the Council of the Magistracy and to the Senate.
