The inmates of the Socabaya men’s prison in Arequipa, Efraín Mamani Javier, Diomer Guerrero Tineo and Manuel Kurt Cremer Escajadillowere transferred to different correctional facilities of the country for the use of cell phones; the first of them for being part of the band called “Los cazatalentos”.
This organization would have defrauded approximately 180 people with the safe employment story and from the Socabaya prison.

According to research conducted by the Division of Dirincri scams, Lima, Efraín Mamani Javier was the ringleader.
INPE arranged on Tuesday night its transfer to the Cochamarca prison in Cerro de PascoDiomer Guerrero was also transferred to the same prison for using mobile devices; while Manuel Cremer was taken to the Puno prison.
