The opposition candidate for Concertación Ciudadana, César Pérez Vivas, called it necessary to recover the vote of Venezuelans in the world. He reiterated his request to the National Electoral Council (CNE), regarding the activation of voter registration centers
The opposition pre-candidate César Pérez Vivas proposed to the recently formed National Primary Commission of the Unitary Platform to create a debate program between candidates, so that they offer their proposals to the country.
«We are going to ask him to prepare a debate program so that the candidates can be evaluated through that program next year. It is convenient that the debate be prepared institutionally,” Pérez Vivas said at a press conference. The pre-candidate for the Citizen Concertation referred positively to the formation of said commission.

The leader He emphasized the need to “recover” the vote of Venezuelans in the world. He recounted that at the beginning of November he installed a command in Colombia for the promotion of his candidacy and for the promotion of the vote of Venezuelans in the world, for the presidential elections.
“We reiterate our approach, the obligation of the Venezuelan State to guarantee the foreign vote,” he added. He reiterated his request before the National Electoral Council (CNE), regarding the activation of voter registration centers.
“Concertación Ciudadana demanded that the CNE comply with the Constitution and the law so that new voters can register and we also demand that the records be opened in the consulates so that Venezuelans abroad can exercise their right to vote,” he added.
Accompanied by various leaders and leaders of national public life, Pérez Vivas said that, if the objectives for the activation of the vote abroad are not achieved, in presidential elections, the Citizen Concertation will command the preparation of the so-called second admirable campaign “to liberate to Venezuela”.
«Venezuela must be freed from corruption, authoritarianism, hunger and misery that Maduro has given the country. We call on all Venezuelans who are outside the country to create a plan so that they come to vote in the country. They will no longer come with weapons, only with an identity card, to enter the country, vote and defeat Maduro,” he said.
