More than 1,200 young people from 25 companies installed in Uruguay participated in the survey

Telefónica Movistar Uruguay was recognized as one of the most attractive companies to work for in Uruguay, remaining in the top 10 of the Employers for Youth Uruguay (EFY) 2022 ranking, organized by First Job in 15 Latin American countries.
EFY is a study that analyzes the main attributes that people under 35 value over the organizations for which they work.
More than 1,200 young people from 25 companies installed in Uruguay participated in the survey, which showed that the work environment, the
reputation, as well as diversity and culture are the most appreciated aspects, both in Uruguay and at Telefónica Movistar Uruguay.

The ten dimensions evaluated are: recognition; talent; innovation; infrastructure; quality of life; career development; Benefits; work environment; reputation; and Diversity and Culture.
