Together for Change (JxC) defined then, due to the displacement of Luis Juez by Martin Donate, not giving a quorum even for the 2023 Budget that has already been approved in the Chamber of Deputies; also without JxC participation. A PRO source declared: “We are not going down to debate the candidates for the Judicial Council or to debate the Budget. We’re not going today.”
