PIT CNT: “With the reform people will work more and retire with less”

PIT CNT: "With the reform people will work more and retire with less"

On the occasion they made a report on aspects of changes that are being raised and how a group of retirees are going to lose money. The current regime is 65 years of age and 30 years of contribution and the proposed one is 65 years of age and 30 contributions.
The report indicates that Aaen pensions for all salary levels. In some cases the rebate reaches almost $20,000. An example: a person who retires today and has a salary of $50,000, does so with $37,353. With the same income and after the reform, if you reach 65 years of retirement with a salary of $50,000, your retirement will be $25,000.
After the reform, in 2043, pensions will be somewhat higher for lower wages ($1,500), while pensions will fall for wages between $33,000 and $90,000.
The president of the PIT CNT, Marcelo Abdala said that “another reform is possible.” Abdala indicated that contrary to what the promoters of the reform are saying, people will not only have to retire later, but in many cases they will have access to a lower retirement in relation to the one provided by the current system at age 60.
Someone who in 2043, due to the current regime, would retire at age 60 with $36,700, would retire at age 65 with $28,400
