Federal judge María Eugenia Capuchetti rejected this Tuesday the challenge against her presented on Monday for the complaint of Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchnerin the case in which the attack against him that occurred on September 1 is being investigated.
The magistrate prepared a 43-page report that concludes with the rejection of the challenge and the elevation of the incident to the first room of the Federal Chamber of Buenos Aires, so that it is the court of appeals that decides if it corresponds to continue intervening in the case.
