The pianist and world reference of jazz, chucho valdes, will offer a concert in Torremolinos, Malaga, for the benefit of Cudeca (Care for Cancer patients). The event, which will be held at the Príncipe de Asturias Auditorium, this Thursday the 17th, will serve to commemorate the Foundation’s 30th anniversary.
“Concerts are always special, but this one more for what it is about. Anyone who doesn’t move their feet here is fried”, warned Valdés, who, regarding the group that accompanies him, said that the quartets he has made throughout his career “have all been good, but this is a superquartet, this is already over and overreaching”.
