The Amandau chain launched the Zero Lactose Neapolitan jar on the market in a 1.3-liter presentation that combines the flavors american, strawberry and chocolate.

“We detected a growing global demand for lactose-free products, due to growth in diagnosis of intolerance to it, this led us to develop an alternative for all the people who must deprive themselves of eating a dessert as delicious as ice cream for strictly health issues”, commented Pedro Porras, General Manager of Amandau.
Among the characteristics of the new product are that: It is 39% reduced in calories, 67% reduced in total fat, high in fiber content and low in sodium.

The lactose-free ice cream is already on sale in the different branches of Amandau, in supermarkets and in convenience stores.
