The Panorama program revealed that Sheyla Fernández, girlfriend of Gian Marco Castillo, nephew of the president peter castlewon a contract for 10 thousand soles in the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes, despite the fact that he is only 18 years old.
According to the program, the woman would be an administration student, she would have reached the age of majority in the month of May, and a few weeks later she was registered in the registry of State providers.

Despite this, the young woman obtained a service order for 120 days and 10 thousand soles for the categorization and digitization of documents in the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes, an entity attached to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
The Panamericana program showed two documents provided by the entity. In the first of them, he realized that the young Sheyla no longer worked there and the other document was the resignation letter written by the woman herself in which she informed that she would not continue working.
It should be noted that Gian Marco Castillo is the cousin of Fray Vásquez Castillo, who is being investigated for the alleged crime of criminal organization and is currently a fugitive from justice.
