SD Governor delivers food rations in Palmarejo-Villa Linda

The governor of the Santo Domingo provinceJulia Drullard, delivered this weekend food rations to people affected by the rains in the Palmarejo-Villa Linda municipal district of Santo Domingo Oeste.

The official traveled through the Villa Linda I, Villa Linda II, Santa Bárbara, Los Cocos, and Alondra sectors. She there she delivered hundreds of raw food rations, through the Presidency’s Social Assistance Plan, to vulnerable people in those sectors.

The doctor drullardwhile handing out food rations to affected citizens in that demarcation, told them that the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, is working so that the inhabitants of the province and the country improve their living conditions.

The official declared that the objective of the President is to extend a helping hand to the citizens who were affected by the recent heavy rains.

On their side, the community members appreciated the governor’s gesture. They stated that they had never seen a governor doing the work that the official at the head of the institution has been doing.

The mayor of the municipal district of Palmarejo-Villa Linda, José Ling Valdez; the deputy administrator of the Relief Institute, Alejandro Ramírez. As well as the president of the chapter house, Lanyi Reyes; , community leaders, and the president of the youth of the PRM in that municipal district.
