The President of the Republic, Pedro Castillovisited the population center of Huangamarca, in the Hualgayoc province of Cajamarca, where he asked the Congress of the republic to approve the 64 projects that it has submitted.
The president explained that, between The legislative initiatives waiting to be debated in Parliament include those referring to the defense of the environment, as well as the one proposed by the creation of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.
“He exhorted the Congress of the republic to take a look at the people and stop tripping up the Government, because this Government comes from the people and its only task is to defend and fight for this people”, he stated during his presentation.
He also asked parliamentarians to work together to achieve the country stabilityand avoid political persecution.
The president participated in the 16th anniversary of the environmental struggle of the populated center. During the event, the villagers called for the creation of a Rondera Environmental Conservation Area.
