Through a document sent to Williams, to which El Comercio had access, the Judiciary details that two files weighed on Yarrow, both for the alleged crime of malicious embezzlement to the detriment of the State.

“Based on the foregoing, we inform you that Files No. 0111-2013 and No. 00497-2014 are currently in the state of DEFINITIVE FILE”indicates the office in its conclusions.
In the background it is detailed that this information was requested by the legislator of Avanza País, due to the fact that erroneous versions had emerged about processes against her, which would prevent them from integrating certain working groups in Congress, as indicated in article 20 of the Regulation of the Congress of the Republic.
In this set of commissions is the Subcommission on Constitutional Accusations, which has Yarrow Lumbreras as one of its members.
It should be remembered that Yarrow was the one who filed the constitutional complaint against President Pedro Castillo for treason. This legislator was the one accepted as his own the complaint filed by a group of lawyers headed by Lourdes Flores Nano against the president for the statements he made in an interview with CNN en Español.
